Keeps the state of a gatherable node: healthy and ready to harvest, or used up until it comes back.

How to capture
We already have this packet in a recording. You only need to record it again if you want to help check it.
- Head to a tree, ore vein or plant with a tool that can harvest it.
- Harvest it until it is used up. Write down the time it ran out.
- Stay nearby until it comes back and write down the time it returned.
- Do the same with a different kind of node (for example ore if you started with a tree). Skinning a creature body also helps.
Recording tips
- Record one activity per recording.
- Keep each recording under 5 minutes.
- Write down the time of each step.
- Send the ledger.bin file only through /capture on Discord.
